"If your mind races, return to the place,"
return to where  you were before thought.
Return to the site of Oneness.¹

— Sefer Yetzirah

What’s your primary experience
before thoughts, feelings, sensations,
perceptions have begun?
It’s just the experience of being;
just a simple, ordinary, intimate,
colorless, silent experience of being.

Our innermost experience is just being —
the awareness of being.
²

— Rupert Spira

You must be willing to abide alone with Mind,
with all that Mind includes and is,
just as you must abide alone
with the principle of numbers
if you are to progress in mathematics.

Into this aloneness that is isness,
nothing can enter.
It is the solitude of Mind embracing all.

It is not emptiness,
but the satisfaction of Allness.

You are always alone with consciousness—
with your own consciousness,
and with all that consciousness is.³

— Herbert W Eustace

We can experience
the awareness of being
—the Now—
at any moment.

It is always Now.

— Expressions of Joy

Heaven is a direct
Now-experience
and can only be found
in the conscious Now.⁵

— Richard Booker

The center of spiritual gravity
is always within,
and only within.⁶

— Richard Booker
