Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipment Processing Time
All orders are shipped via USPS, unless other arrangements are made via Connect With Us.
If we are nearing a holiday or experiencing a high volume of orders, we’ll inform you via email of any delays.
Shipping charges
Subsidized shipping and handling charges are included in the price and are displayed for transparency on the product page when you select your items.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number shortly after processing. Please read the confirmation for accuracy.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Sakes tax is collected in the state of Iowa.
Expressions of Joy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly for assistance and include a photo(s) of the problem. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods.

International shipping can be arranged on an as-needed basis. Please contact us and we will happily ship to you!

Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or there are damages, we're here to help. A return authorization number is required.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and arrive in resale-able condition.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping
If you are unsatisfied with an item, you will be responsible for paying the postage to return it.
